Bank Of Baroda — My refund amount has not been credited

On 26th may i had done transaction on amazon... My 549 amount is going to credit in my account... But it has not been credited... Amazon is saying v had issued d payment to bank from here... Bank vl slove it problem now.. They had provided rna number:dybtc2qprrma
