This complain for the gennext branch in pune. There are 2 complaints:
1 they did not issue me a chip enabled debit card on their own and when i raised a complaint internally they did not address it for over a month. They said that the card has been generated on july 31st, 2020 and i should be getting it after 9 working days. Today, it is aug 31st, 2020 and i have not got my debit card yet.
2 they upgraded their net banking system because of which i lost access to the netbanking. The customer care executives are saying to reach out to the branch and the branch is saying to call the customer care executive. This is absolutely harassment
For both of the above issues, i have visited the branch 6 to 7 times already. I have extreme difficulty in using my money in this pandemic situation and do not want to violate the social distancing norms. The bank executives are asking me to step out of the house every single time i need money to be used and use the cheque for withdrawing the money instead of making the payment online and use the cash (Which may be infected or can pass on the infection) Was this information helpful? |
