I requested to open new NRI account in malout branch with net banking, debit card and check book . It's nearly month now but haven't got any response yet and been to bank 4-5 times, staff seems to be useless and they dont care about customers and been to bank manager he always seems to be busy on his mobile talking to his relatives.serive is useless there .
