Bank Of Baroda — new savings account is not activated even after 15 days

I have opened my savings account in bank of baroda, gandhidham kutch branch. I have received cheque book and atm through courier. But still account is not activated. On the day of opening they told me that account will be activated within 3-4days. Daily me and my father are going to bank and they are just telling that there is no connectivity from head office.
