Bank Of Baroda — No customer support at all | |||
This is to inform that the so-called BANK OF BARODA has no decency to entertain customers request and help them for even small things. My user id got disabled and upon visiting the bank 10 times I was given the same reply that I should contact customer care. I tried 100 times but couldn't connect to customer care and even repeated emails have no replies. I feel sorry that banks which are the backbone of Indian economy are into such extremely poor service. My family holds several accounts with the bank and now I feel I should close all of them as there is no use continuing with a service provider who cannot cater to its customers.
