Bank Of Baroda — No money received from ATM, amount deducted

My name is Usha, am a handicapped girl on 5/11/2020 I visited ATM of bank of Baroda and also am the same bank account holder I tried to withdraw Rs 10, 000/ from bank of Baroda atm, I did not receive the amount but my account has been debited with Rs, 10, 000 .
