Bank Of Baroda — no principal amount credited in my home loan account

Address: Bhutadizampa branch, Vadodara., Vadodara, Gujarat, 390018

My Home Loan Account with Bank of Baroda, Bhutadizampa branch since 2010.
I complained for not credited of Principal amount from my account.I submitted this complaint to branch and head office at Sayajigunj in Jan'19 also. But till date no possitive reply for the same.i shows that no single rupees credits for principal amount between from 23/6/11 to 22/03/17.
