Bank Of Baroda — no refund my account

Respected sir, . My online refund of rs 2345 it's credited IRCTC 03 april 2019 they give me reference no of transaction provide by BOB all details bellow. The refund details are: authorised by ticket I'd - 3557354 refund reference no:-74766519085912988696631. Maximum Timeline reflect this amount is over but its not credited my bank account sir, I am call BOB customer care but they don't know how to check .how check my refund status? Pls guide me
