Bank Of Baroda — no refund since last one week

Dear sir/madam,

I have purchased an item from amazon and then i returned that product.. As per their rules they have credited the amount in my bank account on 23/09/2017 and amount is ₹265. But i did not get the amount yet..in that it is mentioned you will get the refund within 3-5 working days but yet not got the amount. So please inform me when it will be credited in my account.
