Axis bank — wrong fund transfer with right ifsc code

I have to transfer 50000 rupees in a/c no [protected] but by mistake l done in a/c no [protected] but my ifsc code and name of a/c holder was right it was. Nizampura branch baroda gujrat and fund transfer in faziyabad goshi up branch my bank is mailing them everyday but there is no reply from them
It was done by mobile banking l can't understant how it possible when ifsc code is right then how its go wrong lt is a big software technical mistake they must have to solve it

I have been paying through net banking but the transaction for that had been failed so I make the payment again.But you have debited the amount for the failed transaction too.kindly refund me the desired amount.I have attached the necessary documents required.
