Bank Of Baroda — No response of complaint to "Unsuccessful IMPS to beneficiary"

"On 6th September 2016, I made an IMPS for Rs.3000, but the beneficiary has not yet been credited with that amount and also I can't see any record of refund back to my account in case o[censored]nsuccessful IMPS"
The above mail i did to "imps.[protected]@bankofbaroda.com" and cc to "[protected]@bankofbaroda.com". It's been a week but there is no response from the concerned department. Also there is no helpline number where you can register your complaint for unsuccessful IMPS. I don't know if ever I will get my money back seeing that there is no procedure laid down by Bank of Baroda for such kind of issues
Can anyone please have the problem resolved ASAP.
