[Resolved] Bank Of Baroda — Non-activation of internet banking password

For my a/c no [protected] with Maniktala Branch of Kolkata, I got internet banking password after much harassment. Officer of that branch was not knowing the very existence of such password !! Anyway it was received some 8/10 days back but I am not able to get into net banking as the same has not been activated. When helpline was contacted one Ms Pinky told me to go to that bank again to get it activated. I am already 300 km away from Kolkata, again I have to take leave to visit that branch and teach the staff there to activate internet banking password. Is it the job of Customers ? - Rudra Prasad Saha
