Bank Of Baroda — Non activation of net banking password and unlocking of NB account

My net banking user ID is KKP230453 and I have received from the BOB, Pondicherry branch new password some fifteen days back. My SB account no. is [protected]. Till date neither the password is activated nor the Net banking account is unlocked. Every time I log in with user ID, the message "Account locked. Contact your local branch" is displayed.
Hence do the needful at your end to activate and open my net banking account. Local branch has already been contacted about this .
THIS IS THE SECOND REMINDER SENT.
