I made too much complaints with respect to refund from freecharge which he refunded on the date of transaction failed but to date 3 months gone i made many complaints to bank of baroda by going daily in person to base branch. Many complaint redressal form filled by me. Also charge back form filled by me a month ago but still no satisfactory response and refund amount given to me. Bank of Baroda customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Nov 24, 2019 Updated by Utsavshah Freecharge committed and prooved that they made refund as I communicate to them through call as well as email and same was verified by me too. Hence bob are ordered to sent this case to concerned debit card team as I already lodge chargeback form to do same by you to communicate on details shared by freecharge which is necessary for the purpose.attachment express the confirmation from freecharge kindly refer this and investigate by taking aid of several numbers or id of txn provided by freecharge
