Bank Of Baroda — Non professional behavior

Dear Sir,

With due respect, I would like to inform that I’ve been operating an account in your bank for last 17 years, apart from it there are more than 10 accounts of my family member in your bank. Recently, I was informed that my account got dormant and I would need to provide KYC documents. I did so and provided each and every bit of information to them. Mrs. Meera Anoop, Manager of ...Station Road..Branch, Moradabad-UP turned down those documents and asked for another set. I again provided all the required documents to them but even this time, they didn’t show any interest to process my info. I’ve attached scanned copies of my documents for your reference.

Today I visited there for the third time, they raised new issue by saying that my signatures aren’t matching to what was they had in their record, I do admit there was some difference in my older and new signatures, and its obvious for them to get changed slightly in long period of 17 years but normally banks update signature in their records if we provide required documents to them, but Mrs. Meera Anoop refused to do so and let my account inactive. Further to this, she got really aggressive, NON PROFESSIONAL and Misbehave during our conversation and started abusing me. That was real unprofessional attitude.

I don’t know why, but it seems like she literally wants to harass me or may be she wants me provide her with some benefits. Whatever the reason is, I have now plan to file complaint against your bank in the court.

My saving account in your abu road branch i have a permission of net banking but before one month i will try open my account but not open my user id as1956
