Bank Of Baroda — Non receipt of cash from ATM machine while withdrawing cash

I withdraw cash of Rs.6000/- from BOB ATM using my BOB debit card NO. [protected] on 18th April 2017, the transaction was completed but I didn't receive the cash and Rs. 6000/- was debited from my account and the machine was not also dispensing the slip. I tried again and the same was repeated again and 6000/- was again debited from my account. I contacted at the customer care number and the customer executive assured me the amount will be reversed to your account within 24 hours. Only Rs. 6000/- was reversed back to my saving account but an amount of Rs.6000/- is still to be reversed back to my account.
I request you please reverse back Rs.6000/- to my SB account. My registered Mob. No. is [protected].

so please check whats the problem I contact my home branch but
i dont get proper solution before that i contact customer care they also not giving proper solution
