I am having nri account with specialised branch of ahmedabad. I am not getting otp on my registered international mobile. Technical wing says it is being delivered and i have to check with my operator. My operator says you are getting all sms then how we can block sms from one of the banks.
For last one month i am struggling. No body takes pain to resolve the matter. The manger of branch is requesting to keep patience for the last one month.
