I recharged my dth[protected] through mobile app of account no [protected] on 18/12/17 but videocon on my complaint informed that they did not receive payment on their forwarding issue you refunded 680 on 20/12/17. I recharged again on 21/12/17, though you posted a success transaction of recharge but recharge is still not made. Kindly look into the issue of succssesive failures of recharge through your app and refund the unrechaged amount. I am afraid your app is creating more problems.
