While applying for the passport on Saturday i.e. 4th March 2017, I made payment under the ARN- 17-[protected] but the payment was failed and the amount was deducted from the account.
I contacted my branch but they told its not their matter as the portal was of SBI, I contacted SBI also but they said it can be sorted only from BOB.
Its very disappointing that you people are not solving the problems of your valued customer. Its very pathetic experience to deal with this bank. Was this information helpful? |
