Bank Of Baroda — Not getting proper service for internet banking

I'm having a saving bank account in bank of baroda at horniman circle branch. I had applied for internet banking services in september 2016 but till today i have not received proper guidance or service which i require. Every time the people from this branch miss guiding. Every time they ask to come in 7 days or 15 days but it's been 9 months now they are not helping. This time also they said that come in next week. Tried to reach branch manager many time but the sometime the manager is not available or sometime is on leave. I have spent my lot of money in last few months visiting the branch from bandra to churchgate. Kindly help me with the solution as soon as possible or account closing procedures without loss because i don't have money to waste for this more.

After complaining to you i call back in bank and asking about
my complain they told me we registered your complain after two days
you just wait ...
