I have booked msrtc ticket online through billdesk bank of baroda saving account no - [protected]. But ticket was not registered successfully and amount was deducted from my account. So, i want to refund my amount urgently. I already drop the mail to billdesk also but i didnt get needful reply from them. For reference transaction id is pcpi[protected] and p1902151757046707783820 respectively.
Kindly check and revert.

I did a payment on Jan 6th for Flipkart Paylater service. But the amount 904 rupees was not received by the receiver. But the banker did not send money back to my account.
The bankers didn't provide proper service to the customer.
The employees who working in bank is not working properly and they didn't respond.
