Bank Of Baroda — not providing service to customers like passbook info and balance check still from 3 month

From last 3month still this bank of badoda branch bhadgaon is going to be wrong, no anything providing costumers problem solution like what the status of my saving and current account. That means this crossing their limit and giving anwser when we go for information "their is no computer in branch, not internet connection available, and furniture on making. Its foolish, i want immidiatelly take action agains. Becouse i working as engeeniar in mumbai and i just com here bhadgaon branch to colloct my account information and those giving like fook anwer.
