Bank Of Baroda — Not received cheque book

I made an application before 8-9 days ago but i still not received cheque book, my leaving place is 1 km far away from the branch but still does't get
the branch name is Ambawadi branch, providing a very 3rd class service to customers and nerve give proper answered to customers by the employee of that branch
even from last 20 day ago i made an application of net banking but still no response yet i received when contact for this matter to branch they said call to customer care, and phone of that branch is never working u can try any time
kindly take correct action sir
