[Resolved]  Bank Of Baroda — not received the refund yet

Its been 10 working days i have not received the refund yet irctc says its have already refunded my amount why the amount has been not transferring into my account

I cancelled my irctc ticket on jan 26, 2019, and the irctc says that they had refunded the amount on 29 jan but it's been 12 days i have not received a penny in my account
