A/c no [protected]. I live in the kampal, uganda and when i log in my account it ask me to provide my mobile number to receive otp enable me to carry transaction over the net. However despite providing all the necessary details i am still not able to access my account via the internet as i do not receive my otp code.
I have discuussed this in customer care but they are saying they are not able to help me only branch can help. Previosly i was able to receiv my otp.in what instrunctions they changeed the mobile no or country code whatever. It's very very poor approach by the bank to held up client and put client on worst condition and lose their money and their efforts. Even they introduced new otp with mobile app but for that also need to receive otp to go to net banking service menu.
I would appreciate any support that you can provide so that i am able to access my account..
One think i want to say its my money, not bank money but they are treating like we are bagging for money. Its completely pathtic service of bank of baroda.
Customer care are good for nothing and indian govt should take immediate effect to close this kind of banks Was this information helpful? |
