Sir I closed my saving account on 3.7.17 at Kolkata Paikpara Br. A/c No [protected]. after 14 years.
The person at the counter asked me to draw the amount from ATM and submit application for closure which I did. He said that balRs71 will be deducted by Bank towards closure.Is it correct procedure for closure? Pl inform
