Bank Of Baroda — not refunded back my money

Address: Jehanabad, Bihar, 804408

On 17 october 2019, 6:17 pm, upi reference id[protected] has been failed and amount was deducted from my account and showing that amount will be refunded back to your account in 2-3 working days and yet amount has not been credited to my bank account...
I have put a complaint for the same in bank of baroda
