Hello sir

We are operating our CC account in BOB from last 20 years. We have firm named Dinesh Ayurvedic Store in Bundi (Raj.). I want to start Net Banking of our firm account and I have applied for it 15 days before. But they always says it will start within a week. I asked them it is not started yet but they don't give any response only says it will start just wait. If it will not start now we will close our firm account and shift to another bank.

I don't get my refund into my bank account I buy a product from Amazon and I get return it they send the payment into my bank account but I don't get it plese help

I am Jitendra D Patel. I am a customer in Bob Infocity branch, Gandhinagar. My account no. [protected].
I recharge Rs 399 on Dt 03/05/19 through mobikwik app, but recharge is unsuccessful so I refund Ra. 399 from mobikwik to my Bob account but amount isn't credit in my account till date
