[Resolved] Bank Of Baroda — Not supportive/no response in case of transaction dispute

I was trapped by Country Vacations by false promises and I had paid 80000 for the membership. Next day only I realized and thought to cancel the membership within cooling off period of 10 days. For this I had raised dispute forms in all the banks through which I had made payment. All other banks have taken my request and responded to my transaction dispute request.
Through Bank of Baroda debit card I had paid 15000 and I want to raise the dispute request fot it. There is not any option available online in so called India's International bank. Customer Care Helpline were unable to solve my query and told me to contact local branch. I did not get proper response from local branch (Khandbazar, Surat) so I decided to raise it to zonal office. I sent them mail explaining my entire scenario but no response for that.I tried to call the mentioned phone number though no response.
I raised one level up to regional office and tried to contact them. There also I did not get any response.
There is no other way left for me other than raising a complaint here.
