Bank Of Baroda — online payment issues

I had already paid payment through phone payapp, money was alredy deducted from my account but courier guy said payment was not received so I called customer service and they said you will get refund within 3-4 days but I didn't received any refund yet. I took my parcel by paying through google pay.

PS: I attached transactions history of phone pay app and my account statement info( Date : 2/11/18)
