Bank Of Baroda — online payment unsuccessful money not returned

I ordered a mobile on Thursday cash on delivery then i try to pay online. the payment unsuccessful but money was debited on my account. Now my order is ready to delivery but i don't have that much of money to repay help me wt to do?? Then i contact bank to explained this problem they taking complaint and it will be cleared before 50 days. But the problem is my order is ready to delivery i don't have money now
