Bank Of Baroda — Online Transaction blocked through card

Hello Sir,
My Bank of Baroda ATM CARD is blocked for online transactions, due to wrong entry of password for more than three times on Freecharge during recharging my mobile.
I already visited Nearby Branch although they mailed the authority but Card is still blocked for online transaction.
Kindly Unblock my card ..
