Maujpur Branch (Delhi-110053) of Bank of Baroda has sent the letter of account opening in 12 days (account opening request was raised on 10 January, 2017). But the are neither issuing a passbook nor they are addressing the customer for how to proceed. The answer is very simple that the machine is not working. They are repeating the same from 30th January, 2017. It is now a month since I raised the account opening request but could not operate it.
For an another account of my mother, we have not received even the account opening letter (after a month).
