Bank Of Baroda — Pathetic and arrogant Branch Manager

One of the hopeless behavior from the BoB manager Mr. Manjunath([protected]) of Mahalingapur-587312 branch which was earlier called as Vijaya bank.

I am holding the 30lakh existing housing loan with this branch, which I got in the year 2017 beginning. Now for some additional work, I wanted 10lakh further top up loan on the existing, I was even eligible based on the repayment history and the net salary I get.

Earlier manager suggested few documents like ITR, payslips and house related documents.
In between there was a change in the manager, he suggested me for re-valuation and legal opinion. He gave contact details of Lawyer and Engineer, I have paid 3000INR per each to get these documents.
By the time I got these documents, it became 2 weeks and manager started asking new payslip. Again I handed over the new document.
Very next week, he started asking FORM16B, I gave. later he started asking UTAAR and CTS utaar. Since it is govt docs, again I had to pay some money to agents and get them.
By this time, again I got new pay slip, manager asked new slip.

You can imagine the torture and irritation, I have gone through. In spite of having a loan of 30lakh in same unit and getting additional loan was getting problem. There was a commission expected from this guy, and this is what indirectly he was defining.

Another day, he asked me to mort gauze certificate & he said that's the last phase. Since I had some commitments, I requested for the loan disbursement, when I visited personally to bank. He started asking for some nonsense document(new one), and I said I don't have, he said we will not deliver the loan, I have the audio & video of this pathetic personality. His attitude was like, no one can touch him since he is in nationalized bank. If you really care for the end customer and genuine bank, lets take some serious action & show you are exceptional.

If you want the real images of the bank & the conversation I had, I can share once the investigation begin.

Overall conclusion is:
1) Bank Manager doesn't know the processes, every time he was asking me for new docs, could be due to some additional personal benefit he was expecting.
2) No sense of talking to customer, imagine the educated customers are having so much of frustration against this guy and think about the farmers & poor chaps, they will be treated like beggers. Farmers stand outside and cleaned shirt people directly get inside.
3) I have paid the 6000INR for the valuation and legal opinion, which bank supposed to pay, these guy claiming for himself and customers are paying this amount. Why the customer should pay, I need the reimbursement of my amount.
4) Serious action to be taken against the manager, so that you show you are not like other nationalized banks and you penalize the wrong people. Let me wait and see your actions.
5) Loss I incurred due to this manager is huge, and need that loss to be incurred.

I will be going to raise a complaint against bank and bank manager in consumer court site, and RBI OMBUDSMAN site as well at the earliest with the details.
