I have been juggling between BOB and Amazon and no one is providing a resolution to me. I have contacted Amazon multiple times, and they have confirmed that they received only one payment from me, despite my account being debited twice. I have also submitted an online complaint on BOB website and but the server is not re-opening my complaint nor am I getting a response from dzh.[protected]@bankofbaroda.com. I have given all the details and yet its not resolved.
I am requesting that you credit the extra amount of 1279 rupees back to my account on priority & respond to me on priority.
