I am having an sb account no. [protected]. while making a payment to mahendra gayatri hospital bareilly (up) of rs 611/- (rs six hundred eleven only) on 12/11/2016 my atm card was swept and the amount of rs. 611/- was debited from my account. the amount is not credited in the concerned account. please refund the amount in my sb a/c [protected].
