Bank Of Baroda — payment not credited to account no. [protected]

I am writing this letter on behalf of my mother. We have opened the above bank account on 18th july 2019 at thakur village bank of baroda branch.

After carrying out the formalities of opening new account, i have deposited the banker’s cheque no. 048282 dated 10.07.2019 for amount of rs. 1, 13, 487/- on 18th july 2019, which has not yet been credit to my mother’s newly opened account till 01.08.2019.

I have raised the complaint to the bob portal on 29.07.2019 but, the complaint was closed on 30th july informing it will get deposited on 30th july which has not yet credited.

Dear sir request my account is KYC not update account open in 22_5_19 and staff not proper answer and er my account no[protected] and staff call to come to my branch visit and not a proper work pleas sir soul to my complaint
