Bank Of Baroda — payment not received; request a refund | |||
On dt.13/10/2017 i made online payment of rs. 437 for pharmeasy medicine and my transaction got failed so i made payment again & it was done successfully but unfortunately 874/- rs. Got debited from my account instead of rs. 437. I called bank of baroda customer care so many times, even i complaint through my branch sola road, ahmedabad but i haven't got my refund yet. So i request you to please refund money of rs. 437/- for failed transaction. Please find attached screenshot for your reference. Was this information helpful? | |||

As i see you used your debit card online for this transaction, if you used your debit card for online transaction and if it is failed for any reason, then it will take 46-50 days to resolved after lodge a complain from the date of CB raised but you have to check form Customer care to the complaint must be right one because of multiple transaction. some time they make mistake . The TAT is 46-50 days which was a maximum time in between the TAT the Complain will resolved if your Complaint not resolved after TAT was over then they will take another complain which is for 48 hours.
