I had make payment towards my jio account on 21st april 2018 of rs.349 from my bob atm card for account no.[protected] but transaction was failed transaction id was[protected] and for that i had also lodge complaint in your online portal complain number is[protected] now they are saying that transaction has been successful but till time i had not received any kind of refund or recharge, so kindly give us a refund of the said transaction or reslove it by yourself because i your representatives or branch personnel are not giving satisfactory solutions.
