Bank Of Baroda — payment regarding

Refund of rs. 359/- has been made by amazon on 05th of october 2019 regarding a product (Order number is #[protected].
"the reference number of the refund is ref[protected].
But, the refund has not been received yet.
Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no responss is coming. So i need to file a"charge dispute" on them, to get the full details.
I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible or i'm gonna take some legal action.

But didnt recived any refund
Bank says they didn't received any money
And Amazin says they already refund my money

First they said ur amount will reflect in 3 to 4 days.. after 4 day they said in 7 days.. now they said after 15 working days.. till now after 15 day didn got any refund..
Order number[protected] refund reference no[protected].
Refund amount .494.
Their is refund problems .
I was payment 8octber 2019 but not refund in my account .

As i ordered a product from amazon which is of 270 rs but due to some product damage i returned it... And my refund was initiated on 3rd of october but till now i didnt get it in my account...

Last 3 October booking bus ticket but ticket was not confirm give msg your amount was refund but till time not received pytem company say we have already refund but bank problem so I complaints
