Bank Of Baroda — paytm refund is not initiated

My bob account no.[protected]. Rs2000. Is not reflected in my bank account and bob staff told me to wait 7days and i have waited 7 days but also i did not get my amount then paytm has given reference number[protected] told that time taken by your bank to hand over this money in your account /card is beyond our control and time taken by bank internal process.
