Hi,
I have visited my BANK OF BARODA home branch which is in Dadri four times to register my mobile number for net banking. I requested for net banking User Name and password twice to start this service on my account number. When I tried to log in it prompts "We found that you have not registered for Bank Of Baroda Secure Enrollment. This feature is specially for the security of your Net Banking Accounts, so we advice you to enroll." I talked to customer care and they instructed I need to visit nearest branch, which I did four times. Every time they said they have taken my request and number will be updated. I raised a complaint for this on last Saturday. Complaint number-84396. But the same was closed stating they have provided feedback for the branch. However my issue is still not resolved and I am getting same error prompt.
I request you to update my phone number which is already on your records as I receive all my transaction messages on the same, so that I can start with Net Banking services or please let us know you cant do it so that we can open our account in another Bank. Below are my account details:
