I have purchased prestige juicer from amazon and make payment on 19 Oct 2018 via debit card on my account [protected].product was brokage so I returned it. On 20 October amount reversal initiate taken by amazon ref no[protected] as per telephonic talk with Amazon customer care but amount is not credited in my account .my mob nmbr is [protected].when I contact to base branch Orai they check my account and replies amount is not credited in account and they have no system for trace this reference nmbr Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.
