My sms alert in a/c no [protected] is deactivated since last two months and it is essential for me to know my balance in the account / any credit and debit from my account. Due to lack of sms alert, i have to go your branch and stand thereat for long time only for knowing my balance/any query regarding any withdrawal and credit. As i am 54 years old, it is very difficult task for me. Please look my complaint seriously and reactivate my sms alert as early as possible. My mob no. As given in bank is -[protected].
