I have recharged Airtel Gujarat no:[protected] with the amount of Rs.399 but amount deducted from my account but not recharged.

Why again and again my recharge is failed?

I have recharged Airtel Gujarat no:[protected] with the amount of Rs.70 but amount deducted from my account but not recharged.

Both recharged are failed and my account balance is debited.
