from above number a lady talked AND I SAYINGthat I DONOT HAVE ANY CARDS, so so using abusing langauge, the conversatation was continued, BY THE MALE . hE USED BAD WORDS, FILTHY WORDS, UNDECENT SENTENCES
and I IN A SINGLE word said I WILL COMPLAIN to the The Deputy General Manager HARDIKAR SAHEB AT Surat AND THAN I MY SELF DISCONNECTED THE CALL because he words were totally BAD WORDS.
I feel you should prosecute both AND DISMISS THEM.
