Bank Of Baroda — refund amount didn't credited in my account

I have paid total ₹3314-₹3414+₹2276= ₹9001 to amazon.in on 4th january. But due to some technical issues the order has been cancelled and amazon.in has refunded the total amount. But in my bank account of bank of baroda it has not been credited yet. I have all the three reference number given from amazon.in. I have talk to amazon customer service and they are saying a same thing that from our side it has been refunded but it has not been credited in my bank account. Please help me so that it resolved the problm as soon as possible.
