Bank Of Baroda — refund amount is not created in my account

A refund has been made by amazon on 10th of march regarding a product which i've buyed from the amazon. But the refund has not been received yet. Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no responss is coming. So i nees to file a "charge dispute" on them, to get the full details. I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible or i'm dinesh take some legal action.

Rs.281 dt 28 12 2019 ADC TID [protected] REF[protected] payment for DISH TV month of Dec 2019. But unfortunately it was debated but not reach to Dish TV but where credited not found by my branch 560201/ 65 .
