Bank Of Baroda — refund amount of rs 398 is not credited in my account

My name is krishna kumar patel and my issue is that refund amount given by amazon is not credited in my account.

The amount of refund is rs.398.00 initiated from amazon on 11/8/2017. They said to me this amount is credit in your account in 3-4 working days but still i am waiting for the money.

After that i will contact to the amazon customer care centre, they provide me a reference number and the reference number is #74332747224722361311300. Kindly out me of this issue as soon as possible. My account number is [protected]. Branch : kareli (M. P.)
