Bank Of Baroda — refund did not receive yet

A refund has been made by amazon on 13th of february, but the refund has not been received yet. I called too many times of bank of baroda's costumer care, but they did not help me.
Amazon provided me reference id which is 75503720045037928120894.
Please, i want my refund as soon as possible. Bank of baroda's costumer car told me that haave to wait 14 working days and it is very long time for my refund i think.

Refund of rs. 244.00/- has been made by amazon on[protected] regarding a product (Order number is #[protected].
"the reference number of the refund is ref - 66Z06AD00000K641LMYT.
i need to file a"charge dispute" on them, to get the full details.
Please solve issues as soon as possible

A refund of Rs 1712 was initiated by Amazon.com on 11 February 2020, but it is not reflected in account till date. Reference no. is attached in the picture below. My registered email id is [protected]@gmail.com.

I bought Peter England jacket on 19 January 2020 which is Rs 1770 but I return this jacket in 10 February 2020 but money amazon refund in my bank it will not come in my account please take some action to the bank of Baroda he will not send any money in my account... ... ...
